Commercial Register in Syria: 2025 Records Extended Until 2026

The Syrian Ministry of Economy and Industry has announced an extension of the commercial register issued in 2025, aiming to simplify administrative procedures and ensure the continuity of business operations.

The ministry stated that the validity of the commercial register will be extended until the expiry of either the company’s premises or management term, whichever comes first, with renewal to be completed in the same month of 2026 in which it was originally issued.

This decision is part of broader efforts to modernize regulatory frameworks and improve the business environment in line with existing commercial and corporate laws.

Authorities have instructed all relevant departments to comply with the new directive to facilitate procedures and support economic activities, ensuring smooth handling of commercial register records.
